TERMS & CONDITIONS:
By purchasing dance lessons and classes, dance coaching, dance workshops, formation lessons, events tickets, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “Service” or “Services”) from Latin Dance District, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
PRIVATE LESSONS
PAYMENT: Private lessons must be paid for in advance and must be used within five (5) weeks for Package #1 which includes 5 private lessons and ten (10) weeks for Package #2 which includes 10 private lessons.
BOOKING: All lessons must be scheduled in advance via email, phone, or at the studio in person.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Private lessons may be canceled and/or rescheduled via phone, email 48 hours in advance of the appointed time slot. If less than 48-hour notice is given, the Client will be charged for a full private lesson.
LESSONS DETAILS: Private lessons are 1 hour long. The lesson plan is determined by the Dance Instructor while considering the Client’s goals and experience.
When the Client takes a minimum of 4 private lessons every month, the group classes for their level or lower are unlimited. If the Client comes in for the group classes and fails to take private lessons within the month, a private lesson will still be charged for each week the group classes were taken.
PHOTO & VIDEO PERMISSION: No video/audio or any other recording of Services by the Client is allowed, except when the Dance Instructor explicitly asks the Client to record them dancing or explaining.
The Client agrees that Latin Dance District has their permission to use the photographs and videos of them taken during the provision of Services to promote the dance studio. The Client understands that the photographs and videos may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. The Client also understands that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to them by reason of such use
REFUNDS: The Client may request a refund within 48 hours of the payment for the Services. Any Services used within that time will be charged and deducted from the total amount to be refunded. A refund shall only be issued to the same method of payment that was originally used for the transaction.
The Services purchased are non-transferable, and resale is strictly prohibited.
GIFT CARD/CERTIFICATES: Gift Card(s)/Certificate(s) and any Services purchased as a gift for anyone whatsoever are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Resale is strictly prohibited. Gift Card(s)/Certificate(s) may be used at any of our locations. If our location changes, services purchased on Gift Card/Certificate will be provided at the new location(s), no refund will be issued.
Schedule, hours of operation & classes are subject to change without notice. However, the aforementioned do not typically change, unless the studio is participating in a Congress, Festival or shows.
GROUP CLASSES/ UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP
Monthly Membership offers the option of attending unlimited classes at your level or below, as often as you like for a fixed price. Students must pass a free level assessment for admission to the sequence classes.
PAYMENT: A payment will be automatically billed to your credit card or deducted from your bank account.
For payments deducted from your bank account please provide a Pre-Authorized Debit Form (PAD Form). PAD form which may be obtained from any branch of your Bank or from your online banking profile.
Cash & Interac debit are not acceptable forms of payment for this membership.
LESSONS DETAILS: A group lessons is 1 hour long. The lesson plan is determined by the Dance Instructor.
For beginners classes, there will be introduction to basic foundation steps in dance, basic turn pattern and combination pattern.
For sequence classes (catered to intermediate & advanced level dancers), the Dance Instructor will take you through various different types of combinations and variations to those combinations to help you overcome any situation on the dance floor.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION: You may cancel your membership at any time at no extra cost. Membership cancellation may take up to 15 business days to process.
